The Soukya International Holistic Health Center has just held two events in Madrid and Barcelona to make itself known in Spain. But what exactly does this center and the holistic and integrative medicine defend?

Holistic health is the harmonious state of mind, body and spirit. It is about achieving physiological and psychological well-being and also sociological, environmental, nutritional, emotional and spiritual one. Therefore, the holistic medical approach must treat all these areas of a person, seeing it as an integrated whole and taking into account its atmosphere and the environmental factors that surrounds it. The integrative medicine tries to incorporate the techniques of traditional Hindu medicine, such as Ayurveda, homeopathy, naturopathy, Siddha and Unani with complementary therapies such as yoga, acupuncture, dietetics or reflexology.

Dietetics is one of the complementary therapies that are used in Soukya.
