The Spanish winery “Pago los Balancines” was the official image of the world event “World’s best sustainable restaurant” now in its second year of life.


The award was won by the “Relae” Copenhagen restaurant. The winner was announced at the annual culinary event: The world’s 50 best restaurants 2015, celebrated last night in London.


The “World’s best sustainable restaurant” rewards those who show greater environmental and social responsibility with the use of local and seasonal foods, waste management, promotion of responsible trade and healthy eating.


Last night in London, Spain triumphed with 7 restaurants in the top of the 50’s best restaurants and, above all, with “El Celler de Can Roca” named the world’s best restaurant.


The whole event was accompanied by the presence of Pago los Balancines” and their wines Balancines-Blanco, Sobre Lías, Alunado Chardonnay, Balancines Huno and Balancines Matanegra.
